HOW TO CONDUCT EXAMINATION?

PROCESS RESPONSIBILITY CHART EXAMINATION/TEST/ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION: PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS: [PRINICIPAL, VICE PRINCIPAL, COMPUTER TEACHERS, OFFICE CLERK] S.NO PROCESS RESPONSIBILITY 1 Issue of sensitizing notice or circular (revised) for submission of blue print, marking scheme and question paper. 30 days prior to the commencement of Exam. Principal and Vice Principal 2. Issue of format of paper, mark slip, consolidated sheet. Vice Principal and Coordinator 3. Submission of checklist on first page of Exam. Mgmt File Office Clerk. 4. Follow up for submission, double tick for reminder or re-work suggested Office Clerk. 5. Seeing syllabus being displayed in classes in one place + it’s being pasted on the dairy Class Teacher + V.P 6. Submission of packets in a box for all classes and checking to be done, rejection, rework, returning, resubmission, holding up teacher for getting the work done Coordinator, Computer Teacher, Vice Principal. 7. Tallying question paper with following parameters one by one and filling question paper quality check format as per following rubrics: The packets will be checked based on the following parameter at three levels. Rubrics Computer Teacher Coordinator Vice Principal 1. Heading 2. Class 3. Subject 4. Time Allotted 5. Date 6. Full Marks 7. Font Size 8. Print quality 9. Typological error 10. Serial number 11. Number of question as per blue print 12. Balance of Knowledge, Skill, Application and Understanding. 13. Total of question’s marks allotted. 14. Justification of quantum of answer expected and marks given in each sub-question. 15. Over all logic and rationale of any question + it’s parity with syllabus and standard of students. 16. Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation Check. 17. The class/subject wise package is well labeled and materials put in are adequate in terms of stationeries, question paper, attendance sheet. 18. Invigilators duty list + 4-5 stand by teacher + 4-5 relievers. 19. Follow up of submission of corrected answer script and progress by tick marking submission check list, minimum 25 copies should be checked and shown per day , per teacher. Follow up to start after 48 hours of any paper examined. 20. Showing corrected answer scripts to the students after the paper is over one day for all teacher and one more day in extreme condition. 21. 3rd day after the examination consolidate mark-slip by data entry by computer teacher, computer savvy teachers and office clerk + Submission of anecdotal record in MS Excel for each students about their specifics related to the performance in the examination and class work so far. 22. Observation of consolidated mark-slip and take considerable measures in this regard based on special criteria like supplementary test, re-test for medical leave students for improvement of marks etc. CHILD WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHAT CAN BE DONE TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION/PERFORMANCE 23. Result analysis : Subject teachers and class teachers talks to the students to understand , what needs to be done more for further improvement and emails a report in the following format :
